“This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for me, I am so grateful to the Gauteng government and MEC Mosupyoe, plus the Crown Gospel Music Awards for giving me this chance”, said Mabuza who was beaming with excitement at the ORTambo airpot, where he was part of the delegation to welcome Bebe Winans.
Mabuza also got the opportunity to sing to a 8000 strong audience at the Crown Gospel Music Awards event last month, and he got a standing ovation.
The Gospel Dreams Talent search was staged for the first time this year, and will in future become an integral part of the Crown Awards build up. “Sfiso Mabuza won the recoding deal, management, mentorship and brand positioning. We are thrilled to announce that he will be recording his first single in January, and we believe more opportunities will be open for him” said Ms Rofhiwa Nethengwe, from the Crown Gospel Music Awards.
The upcoming performance will not only be a celebration of music, but also of Sifiso’s personal journey. As a young artist from humble beginnings, Sifiso has overcome many challenges to get to where he is today. His story is one of determination, hard work, and passion. Now, he is on the cusp of greatness, and his performance with Bebe Winans will be a testament to his perseverance and talent. Sifiso’s rise to success is an inspiration to other aspiring artists, and a testament to the power of music to transform lives.
The show starts at 5pm, tickets are available at Computicket.
